At Petstock, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
